Wicked Youth
"20-Something Monsters in a 2000-and-Something world"
Conceived as a Halloween poster/bookmark collection, the characters quickly grew outside of their original purpose. Their supernatural abilities became metaphorical representations of obstacles met before reaching adulthood, (such as: commitment issues, perfectionism, finding yourself ill-suited a career path, and being unable to find a true purpose in life). The idea was to create something funny and absurd that would resonate 18-30 year olds that also held a strong base in truth. This concept is used to motivate the characters to change and is the main premise behind Wicked Youth.
